It was a huge pleasure to share time with Yei and Tata in the Wirikuta Desert learning about the Toltec and Mayan wisdom of the medicine wheel and how this wisdom is amplified in the Temazcal we built together. This is much more than just a pre-Hispanic sweat-bath. It's a powerful ritual that will take you to the deepest core of who you are and what really matters.
